Introduction:

Business Analysis can help the organization to gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace and enable the organization to succeed. Business analysis is crucial to successful project delivery and organizational change. Business analysis is a vital function and it requires the business analyst to be able to verifiable and traceable requirements and manage them through the entire requirements process and the entire project lifecycle.



The introductory course gives the attendees the fundamental knowledge, tools, and technique of the business analysis field. This course will enable the attendees to successfully perform the main and core business analysis activities within the project and ensure active cooperation between the project manager and the business analysis team in order to elicit the correct and complete requirements and analyze them in order to achieve a successful project.
